Terms of Service
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Sigmora, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
Sigmora is a tool for creators. It analyzes, generates, and edits video, images, and audio, and runs AI personas that can appear live, in calls and meetings, and in private sessions. You may use it only for lawful purposes and only in the ways it is intended to be used. You may not use it to create content that infringes copyright, violates platform terms of service, or constitutes spam or harassment.
Your responsibility
Sigmora is a tool. You are solely responsible for what you create with it, for the personas you build and operate, for what they say and do, and for how you use, publish, or share anything Sigmora produces for you. We do not monitor or review your private use of the service.
When you use a face, body, voice, name, image, or other material in Sigmora, including material you upload or use to build a persona, you confirm that you have every right and permission needed to use it that way. If you do not, do not use it.
You may not present anything Sigmora generates as real footage or recordings of a real person in order to deceive.
Prohibited use
Using Sigmora in any way it is not intended to be used is a breach of these terms. That includes, without limitation, using it to:
- break any law, or help anyone else break one;
- impersonate a real person, or use anyone’s likeness or voice without their permission;
- create or share intimate or sexual imagery of a real person without their consent;
- create any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors;
- defraud, scam, threaten, harass, or deceive anyone.
Zero tolerance
Sigmora has zero tolerance for any breach of safety. When we become aware of an account using Sigmora to break the law or these terms, whether through a report, a legal request, or otherwise, we will permanently ban that account and any related accounts, without warning. We may preserve information and share it with law enforcement where the law requires or permits it.
To report misuse, including content that uses your likeness or voice without your consent, use our misuse and takedown form. We act on reports of non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you bring into Sigmora. You grant us a limited license to process that content to deliver the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.
Credits and billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the period you choose. Credits bought in a pack do not expire and, unless you separately opt in to auto top-up, do not auto-renew. Credits included with a subscription are granted for that billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
Auto top-up is a separate, optional authorization for an unscheduled series of charges to your saved payment method. If you turn it on, we may charge your selected refill amount whenever your workspace credit balance is at or below your selected threshold, subject to the per-charge, daily, and monthly caps shown when you authorize it. We submit no more than one automatic charge per hour, and payment-provider confirmation may complete asynchronously.
You may turn auto top-up off at any time. Turning it off stops us from submitting new automatic charges, but a payment already submitted to the provider may still settle and add credits. Changing the threshold, refill amount, limits, payment provider, or payment method requires you to save and expressly authorize the updated instruction again.
Access begins immediately: your credits are available the moment a payment clears. That is why, at checkout, you are asked to confirm separately that you want access to start straight away and that the purchase is final once it does.
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing rather than refunding the period already served. You keep access, and the subscription credits already granted for the current period, until that period ends; they do not carry over past it. Credits you bought in a pack are unaffected by cancelling — those are yours and they stay.
A credit gift is a new purchase for its recipient. We do not transfer, share, or deduct credits from the buyer’s existing balance. Gifts are delivered to the workspace associated with the recipient email, or held for that email until the recipient creates an account and claims them.
Affiliate payouts
Eligible affiliate commission becomes requestable when the available balance reaches the minimum shown in the affiliate dashboard. Payouts are reviewed for fraud, refunds, chargebacks, and compliance before being sent. We may request identity or tax documentation separately where applicable. Rejected payout requests are returned to the affiliate’s available balance unless the underlying commission was invalid or reversed.
Refunds
Purchases are final. We do not refund for change of mind, for a billing period you had access to, or for credits you did not get round to spending.
We will refund in two situations, on clear and convincing evidence: the service was materially not as described, or the payment was not authorised by the cardholder. Open a ticket with the details and we will investigate properly.
Why the bar is set here. Credits are consumed by work we have already paid for — every analysis, render, and generation costs us real money at the moment you run it, and none of that comes back. Refunding a spent credit is not returning a product, it is paying twice for something you already have the output of. A no-questions refund window on a product like this gets used as a way to run the work for free, and the cost of that lands on the customers who pay honestly. Refunding on evidence rather than on request is what keeps the price where it is. If something is genuinely wrong with what you bought, say so and we will make it right — that case is exactly what this policy is for.
Talk to us first. If something is wrong with a charge or with what you received, contact support before you contact your bank. We resolve almost everything directly, usually within a day, and we would far rather fix the problem than argue about it. Give us the chance to.
You always keep the right to dispute a charge with your card issuer, and nothing in these terms removes or limits that right. We are asking, not restricting. What we will say is that a dispute raised without contacting us first costs us a non-refundable fee whichever way it is decided, and we may decline to sell to that account again. Contacting us is faster for you and cheaper for us, and it is the only route where you can actually get the outcome you wanted.
Nothing here limits refund rights you have under applicable law.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and accounts that break the law are permanently banned (see Zero tolerance). On termination, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
Liability
Sigmora is provided as-is. Sigmora is not responsible for any misuse of the service or for any legal liability arising from how you use it or what you create with it. That responsibility is yours. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sigmora and its team against any claims, losses, damages, fines, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of the service, from content you create or share with it, or from your breach of these terms or of the law.
